Who we are
IK Eng Ltd ("IK ENG", "we", "us") operates ikeng.co.uk, a China-sourcing service for UK property developers, architects and builders. This policy explains what data we collect when you use this website, why, and what rights you have over it.
What we collect

We only collect what's listed above. We don't use tracking pixels from third-party advertisers, and we don't buy or sell contact lists.
Where it's stored
- Form submissions are stored via Netlify Forms (our hosting provider) and in our own database (Firebase/Firestore), so we can respond to you and keep a record of the enquiry.
- Guide-download and follow-up emails are sent via Resend, our email delivery provider, using only the name and email you provide. A short record (email, name, and whether you've unsubscribed) is kept via Netlify Blobs, our hosting provider's storage, purely to schedule and cancel these emails correctly.
- Analytics data is processed by Google Analytics 4 under Google's own privacy terms.
Follow-up emails
If you download the UK Buyer's Guide, you'll get the guide immediately, then two further emails over the following week with practical sourcing information and a reminder to send us a brief if you have a live project. Every one of these emails includes an unsubscribe link — clicking it stops all future follow-ups (including any already scheduled) immediately, and we keep a record of that choice so it's respected even if you download the guide again later. We don't sell or share your email address for anyone else's marketing.
Cookies
This site uses cookies set by Google Analytics to recognise repeat visits and measure site usage. You'll see a cookie banner on your first visit — analytics cookies are only set if you accept them, in line with UK PECR (Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations). You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's cookies for this site and reloading the page.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and form data is kept for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and maintain business records (typically up to 6 years, in line with standard UK record-keeping practice for commercial enquiries), after which it's deleted on request or on routine review.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to ask us what data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. To do any of this, email sai@ikeng.co.uk — we'll respond within 30 days.
